Mandy is the lead WildHearts Wedding and Event planner with over a decade of experience creating seamless, beautifully curated events. With a background in graphic design and public relations, she combines a refined eye for aesthetics with adaptable, solutions-driven leadership. Mandy is Founder of Squamish 360 Events, Co-Founder of WildHearts Weddings, and was lead organizer of the 2019 Sea to Sky Wedding Show. She is passionate about bringing communities together through inclusive, thoughtfully curated event experiences.
Jeremy de Freitas
Jeremy is a corporate and wedding musician and Co-Founder of WildHearts. With over 25 years in the wedding industry and 15 years in corporate sales, he brings deep industry insight and strategic business acumen to every event. As a performer, he delivers passion and precision; as a WildHearts co-founder, he helps shape vision and community impact. Behind the scenes, Jeremy supports WildHearts data management and logistical coordination.
Marley Barone
Marley is an experienced event planner and client support professional with a talent for creating seamless, memorable guest experiences. As Event & Client Support Specialist at WildHearts Weddings, she combines meticulous organization with a warm, client-focused approach to ensure every event runs smoothly and leaves a lasting impression.
